wow, serious meh?
there is no mixture screw... maybe got idle screw, and pilot screw.. pilot jet, control mixture during idle only.. during half of full throttle, it is the pin shape/height and the main jet size... so, how do you know its rich? |

QUOTE(waiora_protuner @ Dec 16 2016, 10:38 AM) yes, it comes wif d machine. If u dont have it, just use any other bottle tat can contain petrol. Its just a translucent petrol container with measurement notches. (something like engine oil bottle). If it is a 1 liter bottle, pour petrol to half (5th notch) and pour 2t oil for another half (till 10th notch) for me, my china machine takes best 7:3, with petrol of 70%. |

i usually don't reply.
kopitiam is too bodo and no fun nowadays. i lazy act stupid. but this is too bodo beyond my tolerance. there's no A/F adjustment for those cheap simple 2T carburetor used in those simple cheap 2 stroke mesin rumput. nope. there's no main jet adjustment. nope. there's no pilot jet adjustment. well some have but most don't. maybe those 4 stroke hondas have them. never opened honda brush cutter engines before. nobody owns one becos too expensive. A/F ratio can't be adjusted by mixing ratio cup you buffoons. A/F ratio can be adjusted by mixing screws that change the vacuum pressure at the main jet assembly hence controlling the fuel ratio mixture that goes to the fuel needle and cup assembly. which is missing in those simple cheap carburetor fixed to brush cutter. so you adjust at the fuel needle. this is the fuel needle in case /k experts have never seen one: ![]() change to higher level (push the needle deeper) to reduce fuel mixture. change to lower level (push needle shallower) to increase fuel mixture. how the f /k experts dunno bout this? tokok so much bout mechanical engineering like goddam experts. QUOTE(helike13 @ Dec 16 2016, 04:16 PM) you increase the airflow to compensate for current fuel mixture by removing the filter.but risk of debris being sucked into the cylinder causing scratching and broken ring scratched cylinder wall/piston yada yada. clean the filter and reduce the fuel mixture is a much safer method. do it properly. |

Yes I need this needle...
In my Vespa there is a screw that pushes in-out this needle in the carb. So in my Vespa there are 2 screws. One for the idle and one for the A/F mixture. That second screw I cari in the mesin rumput tapi takde. So how to adjust this needle in the mesin rumput? |
