Just got my 2tb Western Digital HDD which 1 bought on 12.12. Like the JBL earphone, this one also no receipt or warranty card only tax invoice. Is that enough to claim warranty in case something wrong? I sent email regarding the first case but no reply yet haiya

It's understandable, a lot of people returning items they bought for whatever reason after unboxing it. Of course seller will put it back into circulation... takkan they dispose it off...
