Bought smtg and canceled the order after I've paid for it 10 minutes later. Got an email from Lazada on the 21st December stating that the refund has been initiated. I looked into the refund policy, it needs 5-14 days for bank processing after Lazada processed the refund. Till now, I haven't received the payment yet. What should I do?
