Is this brand good? Currently they having 30% discount for all items. Wonder how's the blue switch mechanical keyboard, RM339 becomes RM252.50

I think what Amein means is visa not the same as mastercard. your credit card visa or mastercard? someone wanted to pay with visa but turns out only mastercard can. see post #3386

my story with gdex is similarly tragic. I was at home on the two occasion they supposedly attempted delivery. try calling them donno how many time for two days but no answer.
Last2 they send back item to seller. mad.gif What should i do now? Don't want to order again because the item is like RM9 bucks more expensive now. Can i asked Lazada for refund? What is the procedure? Refund is excluding shipping charges?

1. Lodge a complaint to SKMM/MCMC with regards to Gdex or any courier issues.
2. Push this to Lazada and ask them for a voucher to fill up the difference if you are repurchasing, regardless it is Lazada's or the vendor's fault. If it's the vendor's fault it is on Lazada to deal with the vendor. Not you.
3. If you're not buying the same item again from Lazada, make sure to write to them and tell them how disappointed you are at them.
Lazada's customer service generally is OK-ish (below decent) as long as you let them know precisely what you expect from them. They can and should do better.

Don't have the energy to pursue this. I did write to Lazada on 11th and they sent a short and nonchalant reply promising to try to get the thing deliver by the 13th. But Gdex still didn't get the message. Just want my $moolah$ back...
