Hi,
I think u missed out some points there:-
1st of all, the seller does know how to differentiate Japanese and Chinese language?
2nd, did u brought it from COD or courier service?
3rd, how long already the transaction have been made?

Just summon him to Trade Zone Dispute Resolution to solve the problem... At there you can debate legally with him. If he can't settle the problem, then MOD will award him a Dispute tag whistling.gif
