First half was shiat
Xhaka and Coq combo is really awful. Pure dumb defending the midfield without the creativity of leading the attack but instead letting Liverpool players to roam around. Second half was slightly better Until Danny comes off. Then the whole team doesn't know how to play football again. Observation The team seems very demotivated and disjoint. Only Danny and Ox bothered to roam around the flanks and central midfield area. Sanchez actually seemed not to be bothered about playing, there is some lost in flair and determination plus some usual shouting at his team mates for the balls. Whether it's tactical or by purpose to leave Sanchez on the bench, I personally think Wenger actually made the right decision. No players should be larger than the club and manager. Not even the almighty SAF would let that happened during his time. Best player so what, leave if not interested to play for the club. Not to say its solely Sanchez fault but also the board's reluctant in splashing out the cash to at least act like they have ambition for the club. In overall, Liverpool was a better team and they deserved it. |

QUOTE(kazekage_09 @ Mar 8 2017, 08:45 AM) Wow another great decision by me. Thank god I didn't stay up and watch or else I gonna be a morale-down-zombie today good for you. i woke up see an offside goal and a penalty to Lewan and also a red card.Jokes aside, it proven many times and years already that wenger has lost it. The time where we play beautiful football = glory had way way past it times. I not see the game but many says ref is against us but it the same excuses we hear again and again. To me the board, wenger and the players to be blame. Board because lack of ambition, putting profit above trophies. Wenger because of his rigid, same, boring predictable approaches and players coz of lack of mentality on the field most of the times. If we look seasons before, at this time (Feb-May) is the time where the players get up and show great results to secure top 4 This year it felt abit different for me. Kinda like we gonna slip it this time. I rather bashing new manager, new tactic and new player than bashing the current one and know it gonna still be the same next season. The #wengerout camp getting louder I guess Went back to sleep. |

i dont think its fair to blame Wenger over this match.
The game was well played until Kos got sent off. The players did tried their best and they were in good shape to win it, going thru the qualification or not, thats another story. |

its the result we needed very much. pretty sure everyone was expected us to lose in big margin especially having it watched on tv for the first 20-30 mins.
good or bad, just move on and finish off the season. dont forget we have a list of big teams to play with. hence either we do or die. |
