I got in on my company Dell D610 which is pretty chekai as far as specs go and worse than yours, I have raided MC / AQ40 with this notebook so yours should be no problem (just adjust the graphics down, if required).

BTW if you want to install WOW the easy way just copy the whole World of Warcraft folder from an existing installation to a USB harddisk and use that to copy into your laptop. 15 minutes tops, with all patches present, no need for messy downloads. WOW does not need any registry entries to work.
