You have to mention what is your fitness goal, what you do in gym, time, so that people who has the same direction can approach you.

i see, thanks!

fitness goal : to get healthy
what you do in gym : not sure, cause Ive never been to gym
time : not sure, maybe 1 hour or two

The goal to get healthy is relative not quantitative. If you just wan to sweat it out, don't bother going to the gym. Just run and swim because by the end of the day you will quit because you are going to aplace headlessly.

A: Should I turn right or turn left?
T: Where do you wanna go?
A: I don't know
T: Then it doesn't matter if u turn left or right

Set a goal and make yourself accountable.

Do some research on what you wanna do to achieve that goal. Be it weight lift, zumba, power fit (not even sure if there is such a thing), yoga, dances, cardio, etc.

Start with 1 hour. Don't kill yourself on the first day. Stimulate not annhialate.

Good luck in finding partner after you know what you wanna achieve and do.

Not sure how to say it in the right way, but I want to be healthy cause my weight is proportional and I have much activity entire day, i just want to keep being healthy by having more activity rather than just do my regular activity.

I think I wanna do treadmill and cycling. Not sure how to use the weight lifting machines.

Proportional? Mind explaining more?

And also, do you mind to elaborate on what are these "much activity entire day"?

Meaning that my BMI is actually underweight, I dont have much layer of fats on my body

Yes, i work as promoter most of the times so I always go jalan1 and promote to others, end of the day I have to clean it up n keep things inside the store room. Going to bus station i also have to walk. Go to my house also have to walk.

So Im not fat and last time I check was few months ago and everyhig still normal except blood pressure too low, doctor advised me to have more exercise. She said that going to gym is more sweat than just walk and work, so I thought of giving it a try

Looks like you will need to add some muscle mass while keeping your body fat low. So go to that direction. Don't worry. Lifting will not make you a shehulk.
