But I wondering why you didn't overtake the F-18E ler? Oh btw, while we were travelling over 600km/h, did you glimpse that Proton that was trying so hard? I was in 2nd gear only and braking hard then (corner lah) but when I stepped on the gas, I also cannot see the Proton anymore in my rear view mirror. I am asking you now cos I think I saw a Proton (or a ghost). Did you see a glimpse of the Proton?

I think he still need a lot of mods:

1) Garrett turbo kit with corresponding exhaust manifold. Maybe an intercooler as well and definitely a piggyback or standalone ECU. (If standalone, must remap the ECU). I don't like rechipping it. I recommend Hondata (if can fit inside bonnet).

2) The bugger haven't even changed the harness after changing the brakes. I hope he changed the calipers as well and not only the pads. Also he didn't mention if he changed his rotors as well. If traveling so fast, he'll need ventilated disc and probably 6 port calipers.

3) He said he changed the absorbers but make no mention of springs.

4) Also, he'll need pillowball mounts & roll centre adjusters.

DespairWorld, if you are reading this let me tell you that 20K worth of mods is absolutely nothing. The ENDLESS 6-port brake calipers alone will cost more than 20K. When I was modding my last car more than 10 years ago, the Tenn springs and absorbers alone cost over 5K and it was the cheapest of the mods. Even stiffening the car chassis with Foam Injection cost over 8K.

You damned lucky my kancil in the carwash having its annual bath and I had to use my gardener's Bugatti or else you won't even be able to see my exhaust pipe.

Yes it works but seriously expensive if you do entire car. Without foam injection, you turn right and your whole body goes left (if no mod springs and abs). Your passengers as well and everything in the boot too. Vice versa if you chuck a left. As you do know, the aluminum chassis of our vehicles are getting thinner and thinner (don't lean on your Proton), hence there is absolutely no "stiffness" (unless the car meets another girl car) and the chassis flexes and that is when the rear end swings. You reinforce the chassis by adding structure to the frames since there is pretty nothing much you can do to the body. Also, what I wanna emphasize is that you do the entire car together at one go and not do it in stages cos different curing of the foam at different junctures creates gaps and these are the parts which will be stressed owing to the discontinuity of the foam. Best is to do the foam injection alongside the changing of the springs, absorbers, stabilizers, upper mounts and centre adjusters. As for Tein, yes...used to have it my previous cars but cannot mod my current car so left it at that.
