Last 2 nights have been match-up hell for me. Lost close to 200 SR.

lol you just need to take a chill pill and then get back to the game

last season i kena before, 2998 SR to diamond.
after that i lost a lot of rounds and got thrown down to 27xx SR.

i had to take a deep breathe after that. go to sleep.
next day, play up some QP and play maybe like 1-3 competitive rounds per day.
win or lose, maximum 3 rounds. that's it, unless i'm winning all 3 rounds, then play until u lost 1 round and calls it a day.
also, don't play when you are not feeling well.
don't play comp when you are feeling angry.

play some other games before going back to competitive
