got my unifi 30mbps, poor guys did it in the rain. asked them to install over ceiling, charges was to be as per the rm60 for first 10meter. my measurement was around 13meters, but they charged rm60 only. also at first they didnt install the microduct, after i called their boss they install again.

just got my first bill, wasnt aware that i had to pay the hypptv charges. damn. anyway to request removal of that?

Can I just unsubscribe aneka pack? Means basic package no charge right?

U recently subscribed or long time?
Mine is showing 199-20.. then add 30 for hypptv. So total 199 exclusive gst.

As per this picture.. Eventhough u click aneka package..It shows rm189 only.
That's why I'm asking why I'm being charged rm199.
Rm30 alot ...Cannot simply give haha.

anyway. just spoke to TM again, he confirmed that is rm169-rm20 + RM 30 ( hypptv)
