Got an offer last year by adding rm10 to my current VIP5 which will give me VIP10 + Ruby pack for rm159 exclude GST. But when they perform the upgrade, speed do increase from 5 to 10mbps but for Hypptv package, I got Aneka instead. Make a complaint on this and they said "base on" the recording, the agent never mention Ruby pack at all. Beware on this as when we are talking to them, they will not record the conversation. But will record when they are reading the T&C on a very fast pace and you don't really have a chance to say no.

Anyone else having issue with accesing some of the job ads in Jobstreet?

Started with VIP5 @ RM149 since Feb 2013, rejected multiple offers to upgrade from 2014 onwards till late last year.  Got the free upgrade from VIP5 to VIP10 around Sept'16 at same cost, and finally decided/agreed to take their offer in mid Dec'16 to upgrade to ADV30 @ RM159 with Jumbo hypp tv package minus the free call, but tied to another 2 years of contract and 1 year equipment warranty.  Was told I won't be eligible for further free speed upgrade this year since I've received the free upgrade from VIP5 to VIP10 last year.

Just check the "Thank You Surpise" site and to my surprise, I am entitled to free upgrade to ADV50 again!  So not a bad deal for 50Mbps with Jumbo hypp tv package  @ RM159 if I really get another round of upgrade!  :-)

Thanks for the summary. I will complain and to make sure I have the same treatment as well once sentry68 gets his upgrade.
For sure I know TM will not ask their customers to pay more than what you are paying now if you have started subscribing, so those on 159 plan, don't feel scared ya.

TM is such an ass lately,
just saw they send me email *for the 1st time* and thought it was free upgrade application,
turn up it was reminder for paying the bill (not even due yet - 22/01/17),

mine RM179 is tied up with the sportspack, i cant remove the subscription to get RM149

That's why I really dislike how TM is operating now, it has 10001 different customized packages.
