I took this same package as well... but they never mentioned about Ruby, only offer Aneka/Varnam package. If I need to take Ruby, then I have to top-up some amount for it.

About the recording, I was told clearly that this promotion is VIP5 upgrade to VIP10 by adding RM10 (in total RM159 exclude GST), comes with HyppTV package "Aneka" and will get free upgrade from 10Mbps to 30Mbps by early 2017, price remain as RM159 (exclude GST). After she mentioned all this, I mentioned on the phone that I'm agree with this offer.
