I would like to know when apply Unifi through TM official website, is there an option to select / tick for maintaining the existing telephone line ?

I seen people say can use current telephone line to switch over to the Voip line.

You have to ask. last time I tried online dont have option. Infact I call over phone to request also cannot get it.

But still, I suggest if important. Call untill you find one CSR that can do it. Some times those CSR .... bangwall.gif bangwall.gif bangwall.gif

Meaning your unifi phone line- phone number is exactly your previous old number.

Ur home(building) is a box. From the moment it enter the box

Put it this way, after ftb, mine was on external wall for 6m. Then to the drilled hole into interior. Start counting from hole

when i signed up for the vip5 package, they gave me the white orange router. recently the tm called me to offer upgrade and i asked if the orange router can tahan 30 or 50Mbps, she said can. giving her the benefit of the doubt, i tried speed test ever since they upped me to 30Mbps, speedtests shows 30Mbps+.

however i think this router is starting to have problem (sometimes no internet for cable connected devices but have WIFI, so have to reboot unit) and i might claim a new router since they giving 1 year warranty.

my question, is the current orange router and the one they will give me as replacement good enough to run 50Mbps? i really wish not to incur unnecessary expenses. i use cable for heavy duty stuffs, ergo, downloading on my desktop and stream HD on my TV. wifi is only for phone & tab, which are social apps, emails, youtube.

Go ahead claim warranty. Router should not require frequent restart to work. New router given out include tplink c5. Quite good.

Cat 6 standard allows 100m long cable. If I am not wrong should be sufficient for most use.
