What will be the cheapest/most economical router available now (plug and play as no setting is required) to replace the existing router provided by TM?  Just got free upgrade from 5Mbps to 10Mbps few months ago and the downloading is damn slow.

I'm using unified 30mbps in my condo.

modem router(supplied by TM) in living room, My room is about 6meter from the modem(with 1 master bedroom in between)

Below are the speed test results using my phone.

Stand next to modem - 30mbps+-
inside my room(door open) - 5mbps+-
inside my room door close - around 0.5-2mbps

so, what can I do to increase the coverage and speed at the same time?
router extender? will it help? or any suggestion?

I would like to ask if streamyx upgrade to unifi will kena penalty?

does this work well with 3-phase electricity ?

May I know if my Unifi currently no internet access, but HyppTV is working, does that means Unifi down or it's my own side's problem? Already restart BTU and router many times but still the same.
