Yup, same here for me in Batu Pahat, almost 6 month after I seeing they dig and laying in the cable in front of my house, after that nothing new...I was really happy at first after asking the guy who were working at the site, he told me it is for the TM fibre oprtic cable, but then it went quiet until now. As for streamtx my house area just support up to 2Mbps. What funny is they were a lot of Unifi promoter in BP, I mean there were everywhere but the area they cover are so small, from my search, only got 3 "taman" in coverage. In 2015 there were also an official TM news saying that Batu Pahat will get Unifi by Q3 of 2015 but now already end of 2016 and nothing, . And I live in the city area of BP btw. Main TM Branch is 5 minute from my house...LOL. So what I learn is, if you see TM fibre construction near your house, don't get your hope high. This is not Japan who fix a giant hole in a road for 2 days, this is Msia where we fix puddle hole the size of an A4 paper and it only took 10 years to do so.

I am sure this is ipv6 problem. I got the same problem...when I disable ipv6...I can game in peace lol.

I disable the router settings....basically in the setting u got 3 option...1)ipv4 only, 2)ipv4/ipv6,3)ipv6 only...default setting is number 2...so basically the connection will alter between ipv4 and ipv6 connection...when the router change type of connection to ipv6...this will result in game dc since most online game like dota2, Lol or cs are not supporting ipv6. Thats why the technician guy doesn't know wat your problem .
