hi need help here. my house is using unifi and not the HyppTV (Jumbo package). So can i bring the HyppTV set up box back to my hometown for my parent. Currently hometown using Streamyx 4mpbs (may upgrade to 8mpbs if require). is it doable?

better check with TM on ur contract period. cause im caught in same situation with u.
first i was being offer for the same package as u (i.e. add Rm10, get 30mpbs + free jumbo + free 1 year warranty on equipment + no renew of contract) but when i request to replace my faulty router then only get to know that my contract being renew for 2 years. now i have lodged a report n waiting for their investigation (might be the marketing ppl purposely give wrong info on the renewal of contract period to deceive us to take up the offer). vmad.gif

if u are under warranty then most likely can. so long u can prove that the old device is not functioning at its top performance (e.g. u cant get a constant speed of 50mpbs).
if u are not under warranty then they will offer u free change of device but contract renew for 2 years.

last time the tele marketer call to offer the thank you surprise upgrade with free 1 year warranty and no renew of contract. after upgrade n call to confirm, they said contract renew 2 years n i lodge a report till now still under investigate. so better check properly.
