This is what I got few minutes ago from TM/VADS:-

As per Tele-Conversation with my staff, please refer below attachment as our promotion that offered to you as references.

I'm currently on VIP10 and was offered the same package by TM telemarketing staff. I told them I need to consider and I called 100 to confirm my interest in Advance30 package (RM159 excluding GST). They asked me to wait for 7 days before they make a final confirmation with me on the package.

In HyppTV, is there a quick way to see what channel is available to me?

You may switch to channel 100.

I had a weird connection problem after upgrading my package to 30M. While I have no problem in connecting to WiFi via my smartphones and tablet, I'm unable to do so via my laptop. When I tried to do it, it says "No internet, secured".

I'm able to access the Internet using laptop via my LAN cable. I talked to several operators on 100 helpdesk and they all had no idea what's going on.

Anyone has a solution for me?

ur laptop wifi settings might be changed or set to static ip etc.
set back to default settings, set ip as DHCP, DNS also left empty, then forget network and reconnect it again

Try use USB wifi adapter on your laptop. If the wifi connected successfully using the adapter, then i believe your internal wireless network adapter might be the culprit (whether its driver or the hardware itself).

If your laptop can connect to other wifi but not to your home wifi only (Unifi) , try changing the wifi channel on your router

I tried uninstalling the driver software for my network adapter and reinstalling it. It works like a charm now. Thanks. rclxms.gif
