Hi, currently paying RM242.74 for vip20 including voice plan. Some random agent offered me this vip20 at RM229 before gst introduced. Even after contract over the price still maintained.
To anyone that have discount on their plans even after contract over... if I change to adv50, does the price for the plan + voice plan still maintain or go to RM249?

Some lady from TM office called me whether want to upgrade or not and I accepted the 50. She says 7 days. Was wondering, is that 7 days include public holidays or only working hours?

So if I already apply through 100 for an upgrade, can I still go to TM point to tell them speed up the process? Mine was like last one of the weekend evening but still no upgrade yet.

well I'm from vip5 somewhere 2012 then few months later self upgrade to vip20 with refreshed contract. So far I never receive any free upgrades from tm yet just like those vip5 to vip10 users. Then I continue from vip20 to advance 50 last week until now still never get the upgrade yet.

Called 100 but still in the 7 days process, so I went to tm point and tell them upgrade NOW
Called my son to do speedtest at home as soon as the cs there said done, instantly upgraded

I'm on landed property. No struggle in speed, they always rush up instantly as soon as the ping test is over.
