Hi, just registered unifi yesterday night, the guy at the counter said i will get the new tp link router but when tm center call me this morning, they said only huawei router for high rise building... Which one is correct?

Experiencing higher latency to all kl server and even tm own speedtest. What is happenning.

hi i want to ask something. just subscribed to unifi adv 30 recently and i got sms from tm asked me to pay RM100.
called tm about this and the cs told me that this is to confirm that i agreed on continuing using uinifi and they will rebate back the amount.

anyone can confirm this?

Why not? HyppTV is bundled and you cannot not to have it.
However, if you are a new applicant, usually first month is free.

Mine is showing 199-20.. then add 30 for hypptv. So total 199 exclusive gst.

Got rip-off by the Unifi installer, charged me RM500 for over the roof installation.
RM300 for over the roof installation as the line comes from rear goes over the roof and come to the front living room.
RM200 (initially RM380 before nego) for the RJ45 cable they lay from router to tv (about 10-15feet) and another RJ45 from living room to top floor bed room.

They seems to use very low quality cables and very lousy workmanship.. Didn't thought much about it cause was very tired..

Hi guys, currently im subscribing unifi 30mbps and i want to transfer ownership to my colleague,

I've call TM customer service and informed that i can transfer ownership while the new owner will be carry over my contract,

But when i'm referring to TMpoint they said the new owner will be tied to new 24month contract which means new account,

Why information from TM CS is not tally with TMpoint ya?

I'm confuse now, is there any T&C, FAQs regarding transfer ownership?

it seems i cant find much details about it,

i have subscribed tu Unifi last week, am i eligible to get free 1 year iFlix as well? Tried to access it via my hp, says i need to subscribe it

Currently on Advance 30mbps package RM199 with free calls, planning to upgrade to 50mbps( promo right now RM229 ),this package will be upgraded to 100mbps, but as for the contract is it going to be extended?
