Hi guys, new unifi user here. Apply for parent house and technician came install, found the distribution box(shoukd be..) claimed by technician some kind rating is too high, 27 which normally below 20.. According to he, the line will not stable and might face intermittent.. All this talk thru the phone and I'm not there.

Anyone facing this and can explain more to me? He said required TM come and fix.. But problem is when they will come fix..;(
