I wanted to apply but at the road where I am living, there is no Unifi white box. Last time, I went to TMpoint to try applying Unifi but the staff told me, the road I am living at does not have the white box although some road at my residential area have the white box alr. I filled up a form requesting for unifi but to no avail. I just surrendered since it was alr few months and no reply. So, is it better to try applying thru authorized dealer now?

Actually there are some residence in my Taman with Unifi, just only a few road in my Taman without applicants for Unifi, so they never place any port. I was thinking of just applying, see if TM wanna accept my application. The port also TM themselves placed when there are Unifi applicants. If no, they definitely won't place any port. Last time, when I went to TMpoint, they said my Taman was included in Unifi coverage.

Yeah, well better than nothing. No trying = no Unifi. Trying= at least got a chance. I am feeling frustrated with my Streamyx line which have unknown issue which I couldn't diagnose, so better upgrade if I could. At least, no need to go thru all the diagnosis and customer service....
