the eligibility is metioned only those who apply and activate between 1 Dec and 31 Dec. How about those users already using Unifi Advance (30 or 50) before 1 Dec or even earlier ?

recently my Unifi speed is not consistent around 28 to 30mbps. Speedtest results is vary from 5mbps to 20 mbps.. Each time do speedtest, I can't get the result around 28 - 30mbps anymore.
Anyone here experience this ? Normally what is the caused ?

QUOTE(sHawTY @ Jan 4 2017, 01:54 PM) 1. State the model of the router that you're using right now 2. When you did the test, did you do it through WiFi or LAN cable? 3. If you only did test through WiFi, test again but this time, use a device that's connected directly into the router using a LAN cable 1) Router: Asus RT-N66U 2) via LAN Cable

I stay in Condo and after I filled up the TM surprise link, it showed I'm entitled to get free upgrade from 30mbps to 50mbps.
Thought I heard from former those live in high rise building, the maximum speed is only 30mbps.
Not very optimistic about get the free upgrade, afraid later they check the infra, and tell me that you building is not supported.
