First time installed unifi yesterday. The connection and account was activated but working for 1 hr only. Later the unit auth status light kept on blinking until today. Link light is stable.

Call 100 and received message that restoration process is in progress and might be delayed... they better give me good explanation as to why this happen to some new subscriber...

The auth and link light should be always on in order to use unifi even though u dun turn on the router, is that correct?

Hi guys, want to ask as to why I receive bill for unifi 67.75. My install date was 23 Dec last year and not even reach 1 month yet. Supposed to get 1 month free rite? The due date is 6 feb. Do I just ignore or need to complain to 100.
Beside that I already made payment Rm 100 for the SMS that I receive from TM too.
Emailed to unifi CS via occ yesterday still no reply.

Hi vex, yes I'm subscribed to adv30. At least they should indicate it's prorated somewhere when signing up online or indicated in the bill. It was not even mentioned on the promotion package so it might cause some confusion for new subscribers.

This is the feedback from TM CS. Stupid excuse as I sign up online.

In addition the bill date for the account is 16th of every month and the bill has yet generated.

Thus, the bill will be available 7 days from your bill date.
