Then..just get Xiaomi Mini router dual signal.. cheap RM100... wifi coverage and data/bandwidth management better than those TM antenna-less stock router(that what i did at my mom house last week).. good result..dual signal 2.4ghz & 5ghz...

Depends on why brand of router you are using. For example, I am using Asus router. And from my Asus router admin control panel, I can see how many clients are using my Unifi connection.

Update to my unstable connection after installation on Saturday. Sunday onwards, everything is slick and good.

I wanted to apply but at the road where I am living, there is no Unifi white box. Last time, I went to TMpoint to try applying Unifi but the staff told me, the road I am living at does not have the white box although some road at my residential area have the white box alr. I filled up a form requesting for unifi but to no avail. I just surrendered since it was alr few months and no reply. So, is it better to try applying thru authorized dealer now?

If no port, how to apply? Have you checked the coverage in UniFi site?

So , I had trouble connecting to battlenet and decided to restart my BTU. after turning off and on again, all lights didn't turn back on. Sometimes lan1 will on and goes off again. Internet and dsl blink once in awhile.

If previous I'm streamyx user during 22/12 my Unifi installed and terminal my streamyx on 23/12 how TM charges me streamyx bill?

Actually there are some residence in my Taman with Unifi, just only a few road in my Taman without applicants for Unifi, so they never place any port. I was thinking of just applying, see if TM wanna accept my application. The port also TM themselves placed when there are Unifi applicants. If no, they definitely won't place any port. Last time, when I went to TMpoint, they said my Taman was included in Unifi coverage.

Both Streamyx and UniFi will be pro-rated.

Well, dealers just help you to register, so if TM rejects the application, you will not get too...

Some lady from TM office called me whether want to upgrade or not and I accepted the 50. She says 7 days. Was wondering, is that 7 days include public holidays or only working hours?

Yeah, well better than nothing. No trying = no Unifi. Trying= at least got a chance. I am feeling frustrated with my Streamyx line which have unknown issue which I couldn't diagnose, so better upgrade if I could. At least, no need to go thru all the diagnosis and customer service....

Normally more than 7working days. Look like you paid higher $ for 50mbps as you cant enjoy free upgrade. Not sure~

I might be in the same boat soon. I move one lorong over from my current one but I cannot find the lorong number in unifi site location check but all others have plus my current one obviously. 😭😭 Gonna move early to mid next year gg.
