unifi kelentong exisitng user 30mb still did not receive 50mb upgrade.

wifi can only get half of it most of the time..

OCC Unifi coverage checking no longer exist?

I can't get the result around 28 - 30mbps anymore.

From 5mbps free upgraded to 10mbps last July, am I going to get free upgrade to 30 perhaps this year?

1. Can i use 2 routers for my internet line? Thinking of one (TM provided) to be placed at living hall (together with hypptv)  and one ASUS at the second floor. Because i think single modem will not be able to cover my whole house because of blind spot etc.

2. Can i ask the contractor to set it up my routers for me for free?

3. Can it be done with 2 routers or I need to resort with TM router only? Or is it best for the contractor to set up ASUS router instead of TM router?

wanna ask, free installation for 15m fiber cable counted from the pole (Fiber Distribution Box) to BTU (modem) or from the  Fiber Termintation Box (FTB) to BTU(modem). if 15m counted from FTB to BTU, can i request the contractor to lay the cable over the roof. any additional will be charge based on additional fiber cable length right? not on the difficult workmanship need to lay cable over the roof...

you mean from the pole? thought counted from the fiber termintation box from the house to BTU (modem). attached one diagram found from the website, just want to verify with sifu here.

Just ugrd rm159 adv 30mb,i still cant stream youtube 4k movie smoothly,it keep buffering stop and go.
No problem with full hd streaming though...is it becoz of old router dlink dir-615 orange white i'm using now?need to chg new one tplink archer 5 then can stream 4k smoothly? Apartment unifi..

I am new to unifi, today is 2nd day.
I have some internet surfing problems.

Inititally  I have issue with low download speed but sifu dellmalaysia suggested I changed my 2.4ghZ channel to others after checking wifi analyzer. Now all my devices and PCs are running speed test around 27mb average.

My issue is that surfing net and loading new pages are terrible.
Loading time 15 sec. When I quickly test using mobile data, it loads any pages immediately. This includes local sites like lowyatnet.

Currently I switched all my devices to connect to 2.4ghz because the 5ghz cannot connect to internet..Shows connection unresolved. No one is using my channel 8-10 around my area. I am using channel 8.

Only my PCs are set as Google DNS in ivp4.
I am using stock router from TM. 850L D-Link.

Ping test normal, no data loss.

Any tips guys?

Oh thanks mate. Any specific model to suggest as a replacement? Browsing Lazada rite now, and not really sure if it can be use with unifi

It's ipv6 issue, if disable ipv6 then will show the page.
