Since you op for upgrade only, no way u can change to new unless faulty.

Did you ask 1 month free is effective from which month when TM called you to confirm your online registration? I was told the free 1 month only showed in 2nd billing (will be showed as negative "One Time Charges". For me, first billing was cut off on 15 Nov 2016 (ZERO) but actual installation only on 19 Nov 2016. I only received first billing email (in fact it is 2nd billing) on mid of Dec 2016 with 2 months prorate billing & deduct free one month.
