I'm using Ookla speed test from android phone to test it out. Anyone can show me the correct way to test unifi ping rates before i make a report to TM? Thanks.

Use a LAN cable to your router and test it from this website

Wait. So we need to confirm online to get the free upgrade? If not we won't get it?

I dont think so. Most likely the subscriber will receive a sms/email.

There are many folks who done use internet per say; where their children would have subscribed for your parents or old folks.

Maybe those who confirmed via online would be expedited

PC with wifi = 21-25mbps
Pc with Aztech homeplug = 7-10mbps (even worse not sure why...faulty homeplug ?)

either the homeplug is faulty or there are electrical noise in your electrical circuit.

I get 28Mbps on my Aztech homeplug

i tried using my friend's Aztech homeplugs (before i purchase any homeplugs)...and it's giving me speedtest result lower than wifi

Did you plug the homeplug directly to the wall or at an extension? Do plug directly to the wall and test.

Both end should be directly at the wall and not on an extension

oh another question, if i upgrade my unifi advance 50 to unifi pro 100... is there need hardware change needed?
*
All my sensitive equipment are supplied via UPS. Get them for a peace of mind, not that expensive.

I know 30Mbps to 50Mbps no equipment change needed. Not sure about 100Mbps

What ups capacity to buy and how much does it cost?
*
For RM300+ you can get a 1100VA. Depending on brand some have watts rating to about 50-60% of VA

Some brand names to consider are Eaton, APC, Prolink
