Last month I subscribed Unifi and terminated my streamyx, but this month the streamyx bill sent to my house and show me kena penalty rm350 what should I do now?

Recently I face one problem not sure is Apple or TM problem my unifi cant update iTunes and even I try to download from website also cant run. Can anyone prove this problem?
