I will rather pay RM 9 additional for extra 2Mbps and with much more upload speed than Streamyx and not forgetting UniFi is still more stable than Streamyx, at least based on my own experience.

My sister is paying RM 140 for 4Mbps, now waiting for her UniFi port to activate and show up in TM page. She wants to go for Advance 30. biggrin.gif

They will pro-rate your bill la. For those affected days, you no need to pay.
However, there must be a case filed. I got mine with no issue.

Not normal. Mine is below 10ms, most of the time around 5ms only.

Live chatted with them. Apparently, free upgrade will begin in Feb.

"regarding TQ surprise, you will receive notification starting 16th january to 31st january 2017 through sms or email. and the speed will be upgrade starting february."
