however, since u started one already... what cable u using to connect to the lcd? component (red,green,blue)? or composite (yellow)? i'm assumig u have an asia set which comes with HD component cables. plug in the component video cables to ur tv, and put the switch on ur video cable head to HDTV. then goto display settings in the dashboard and set to 720p
