G-shock is the most long lasting watch which really worth to buy n keep. My very 1st G-shock i bought in 1999 still working fine, G-Shock Giez...any one know about tis? That time i just graduate and my 1st job, 1st month of my salary, i spend half of it to buy this watch. Until now the watch still working fine but i m not wearing it any more. Is my precious watch in my collection.

Ya super tough watch I wear mine kayaking and during one of the rough ride my boat flip I hit the rocks in the bottom with my watch and after I came up my hand was so pain but my watch which he the rock hardly got any damage. Tough bigger, nothing like those other premium watch which claim it is fully automatic and water resistance up to 300m but a bump or hit and u need to send it for service.

Guys, I have 1 pair g shock n baby g bought few years ago.. My gf baby g dead few month back, we thought its battery... Then 1 day my gf leave it in shop for change... Then the shop told use the baby g is spoiled...
Now feel sad and can't believe. .

Is baby g last as long as gshock?(mine still working ady 3years+)
Is it expensive to repair 1?
They can check the baby g is genuine? (if shop change or during we leave it)

We bought it with Marco warranty..
Sorry if I wrong topic..

Baby G and G-Shock is technically the same long lasting watch but again these also depends on the wearer's habit, if it isn't being taken care then it would break faster...

Did the shop tell you what is broken in the Baby G?

G5600-E is the square with Tough Solar and no Multi Band which doesn't work here.

Multiband are no longer available worldwide soon anyway.

Take note g5600-e don't have auto repeat countdown timer.

Only the cheaper Dw5600-e got that feature.

Dw5600 adjust button very bad. Other Square solar better button.

If you don't use auto repeat timer solar model better.

For me only dw5600 good enough.

I have a few negative display and big watch because I buy by features, not by design. Prefer positive display and smaller watch though.

Go get gw-b5600bc-1 then, solar, multiband and bluetooth feature.
The bluetooth feature can sync your phone time to your gshock.
Since your phone also sync with local official time via the internet, so its a good replacement for multiband.
