which part of the power cable? the one that goes to the xbox or the power point? the one that goes to the powerpoint u can simply replace with a pc power cable... the other one... can try repair, cut it open, reconnect each wire inside (solder if necessary) and reseal it. there are a few used japanese (110v) for sale in the 'pasar malam' thread; i know its a hassle with 240-110v stepdown and what nots but the 220-240v power brick is really rare.

av cable u can get in most game shops easily.
