Almost all places that accept cards for payment would work with Samsung Pay.

I say almost all because some bank or merchant not properly configured their system, would result in some failed or rejection.

Then you should ask them for change in cash. It's a bit like paying cash. You gave them RM100 for pre authorized credit. Your limit would be RM100. If you pump less, then you get refund for the balance. They would first give you the chit for the amount you pay then after you pumped, you go get the actual tax invoice for the final amount. Any amount unused should be refunded.

Looks like several guardian outlets start to impose minimum amount to use credit card dy. It affects both slot in and contactless credit cards payment

Really curious.. Anybody here know how does  the bank charge those merchant for payment by credit card? Can it be the merchant need to pay extra fee (earn less) to the bank per transaction?
