"Talk and Surf 1" Plan?

I noticed that in my December bill, my plan has switched to "Talk and Surf 1" plan from my originally subscribed "TalkMore 28" plan.
I searched Maxis website and nothing has turned out. More importantly is, the "Talk and Surf 1" has higher monthly commitment fee than the "TalkMore 28" monthly commitment fee. Anyone has more info on this "Talk and Surf 1" plan?
