I would not engage his services if I were you.

He consorts with malevolent entities and has no qualms about performing the most immoral tasks for a high enough price.

A bullet would be quicker and cheaper, but I guess the advantage here is that any murder he commits using his black magic cannot be proven via forensic means and cannot be prosecuted under any statute.

Its much more effective .... can't be traced .... no need close range .... confirm dead ....no hassle dealing with so many middle men.... less risky .....

What the hell kind of excuse is that? If anything, donating lots of blood should make the target weaker and more vulnerable.

She probably just didn't pay him high enough.

Some people have past life ancestors or friends or guardians following them. Good person will have good spirit follow them, bad person will have bad spirit follow, while victim being cursed also bad spirit follow them.

Penang knows him well especially new born's parents.
He is effective against spiritual beings, but also dangerous. I believe he is retired, new gens replaced him. Less effective.
