I saw this pull up bar selling quite cheap and wonder is it legit and reliable?

Or you guys got any alternative? Please advise.

Thanks in advanced.

Door gym? Thou my friend say it is "safe" but I still doubt it, I dont wanna risk myself falling down and break my spine. I'd rather spend a lil bit more for this

Not this one man. We have seen enough gym fails videos with this one. Get a secured one. If you want budget just weld some metal bars and metal brackets.

If the pullup bars comes down while doing pullups, what will happen is the bar will smash and crack your skull.

Dunno what to say, because the price is too cheap.
Usually it will cost RM60+ for this kind of pull up bar.

Door gym, the force is applied to the door frame, especially on the top of the door frame, regardless the item's brand, if your door frame is not solid or have enough room for the bar to hook it, it will slip and you break your bone.
