Actually you can just order from Gamers Arena, they can help you to get P-Bandai stuffs if you really want, but the price is not going to be pretty, sometimes it can reach 1.5x more than the normal release counterpart's price laugh.gif

wait nobody post this yet? many said this MG is not a P-Bandai

woohooo RG Johnny Ridden's Zaku!!
http://www.gundamkitscollection.com/2017/0...-2-zaku-ii.html

Disappointed with the RG. Bandai could have released it as HG by using the Zaku Origin mold. That kit is real solid and much better than RG Zaku.

Hi

I am trying to build Sazabi Ver Ka using metalic colour. Any advice? This will be my first build. Appreciate all the guidance.

Thansk
*
That is not a suitable kit for first timer, and you want to paint it some more.

Get a cheap HG kit to practice first. HG Helmwige should be good.

Hi, my local (only) Gunpla shop closed down recently... Has to get my stuff online.

Can you recommend some good online store in Malaysia?
*
A lot. Gundam.my, Gamers Arena, Crux, just to name a few.

cant decide on my 2nd gunpla, MG acguy or z'gok or any other gunpla to recommend? prefer something tht looks kinda fat instead of cool looking gundam. my RG RX-78-2 almost done building
*
If you want chubby looking Gundam, and since you already have RG RX78-2, you will be pleased to build RG MKII. There are two versions, AEUG (white) and Titans (dark blue), the AEUG would look chubbier due to the by brighter color.

QUOTE(chinti @ Aug 30 2017, 09:29 AM)
i wanna clarify smtg here, i tested both super glue and mr hobby cement deluxe. the cement seems to work better for me in my case of thickening the ball joint. super glue works but somehow when u start cucuk the ball joint, it will slightly peel off.
*
Depends on type of glue, if you use viscous type (like UHU), it may take several days for it to truly garden.

Thin glue type like the generic elephant glue would only take a few hours to harden. Cement would take a day to do that.

If you don't want to use permanent solvent method, just put some blu tac on the joint.

I've just got to complain about Bandai waterslide decal. I find the durability is inferior to third party decal (particularly the brand with abbreviation of 'DL' whistling.gif). While Bandai decals are usually more precise in the printing department, third party decals can deal with harsher abuse.

On that note, is the official RG Unicorn decal already for sale? I can't continue the build without it.

I've checked that out before. Not sure why it's so popular. Looks very plain to me.
I've actually gotten the Johnny Ridden zaku  rclxms.gif
*
You'll be surprised with MG Jesta, great articulation although it's big and chunky, cool military design and color, LED-able, and the weapons are not heavy so the 2.0 manipulators have no trouble holding them.

I understand the great articulation from the reviews but the overall look of the kit just doesn't appeal to me.
*
I guess you have to build it to appreciate it. Well, to each for his own, I didn't feel excited when I got it (them, actually, I bought three during warehouse sales laugh.gif), but after I was done, holy shit, it's one great grunt unit kit smile.gif

Wasn't a fans of the series, but it looks pretty gorgeous

Will wait for review before I decide, to me the Ver.Ka to defeat is still the Nu Gundam. One leg construction alone contains the same number of pieces in an HG kit.

Isn't that suppose to be sazabi, building sazabi is like building a pg to me, and the decals is ridiculously long and fragile on the leg thruster area

I still wonder why there's no Ver.ka from 0083 series when it's suppose to be one of Katoki favorite series that he design
*
Sazabi qualifies too, but I'm referring to Gundam kit. When comparing the Ver.Ka side by side with normal MG, it's like comparing Windows 10 with Windows 95 lol.

Let's vote for our next MG ver.Ka!!

http://www.gundam.info/top.php

Looks like currently Barbatos Lupus Rex (would've preferred Lupus than Rex) is leading, followed by G-Self (that was unexpected)..
*
G Self wtf. I thought Bandai was on numerous times tried to sweep this series under the carpet.

Freedom won't definitely get one.

I think 00 would be good.

probably because g-reco series never get any 1/100 scale

I understand the love for series and kits is different, but it's better served as normal MG release than a Ver.Ka.

I originally was planning to get mg

but then I saw one real nice sinanju rg
its small I know.......but great details
*
Err... Yeah nice details, excellent gold plated trim, but it's wobbly. Like, really wobbly. I fixed mine with lots of pegs-strengthening methods, but it still is.

What the hell with the next Ver.Ka poll... does Z Gundam (18K vote) really needs a new version? Give the gundam with no MG a chance, will ya?

Gundam with no MG = all in bottom 3 lol

Since we just got ZZ, I don't want Z in the near future. Freedom already got its own Ka-comparable release, and Destiny will just not make any sense. I can see 00R as the mold breaker of UC kits being exclusive to Ver.Ka. Barbatos also already have the HRM if they want to use the mold.

So I hope the rest got their chances.

Uh, we do get non UC for Ver Ka.
It is the Wing ver Ka.

People are already tired with Exia, 00, and Qan T get all the attention. The MG 00 Raiser released in 2011 is already good enough and the design is the best.
How about Dynames/Virtue/Kyrios, Cherudim/Seravee/Arios and Zabanya/Raphael/Harute?
Give these units attention first. It is surprising Seed get all main Gundams MG in their 10th anniversary when 00 dont get any except Setsuna's Gundams.
*
Ah I forgot about Wing.

Logic wise if the main unit doesn't get Ka treatment, the side units will not ever, no matter how popular.

Truth to be told all newer kits are better designed, so chances should be given to old kit or kit with no MG. But then I don't get why many people in Japan (presumably) would want Zeta just right after we got ZZ.
