But its CD has printed 'UPGRADE' ... So dunno can clean install or not.. The COA sticker printed 'express upgrade' hehe Added on March 5, 2007, 1:08 pmJust tried on my office pc.. Senior Member 4,840 posts Joined: Jan 2003 From: Universal	It state Express Upgrade cuz we r getting the Vista CD from Free Upgrade programme..Microsoft call it Express Upgrade. Im getting Home Premium. Packaging is just same as OEM package, Vista DVD, DVD Cover and small booklet.

When asked whether to perform an Upgrade or Custom (advanced) install, choose Custom (advanced) to perform a clean install of Vista. Yes, this means that you will have to install Vista for a second time. Once setup has completed for the second time, you should be able to activate Windows Vista normally. Select the clean install and Vista still backup the 1st time vista into your new clean installed vista.. All my 3 WinXP cd-key need to call Microsoft to do activation ..hehe OEM version dont really allow you to change so many parts and do activation again. So when u call to Microsoft, just say format cuz of viruses and same hardware and pc u r installing the windows.
