If im you i wont upgrade to vista now couse of your 2nd question.. alot program still not compatible with vista and erm did you get all the Vista driver for you machine hardware yet?

Order number is a must when u sent them your POP (receipt) try check your email that you register your lappy.. They will sent you a mail contain your detail.
