wat if the limitation in the instrument? the condo copper line cant support above 30mbps

my brother in law at ken damansara tak ada fiber support to their existing building but Time purposely tarik 1 to his unit but i dont think TM will do the same plus i am still being charge 210.95 for 30mbps instead of this so called rm179... tipu habis..

not sure but i see the wired to his unit .. bro in law said there are a few unit using time there.. so maybe need more that a few interested subscriber or the Building manager to get it done... same case to my condo.. there are fiber connection in my area jus tat my condon dont support the fiber...

1st batch punya ... charge 210 with pay per use basic call plan
2nd batch punya get free unlimited call as well
3rd batch punya reduce to 179 include everything?
