Hi all, do you think is the gown is it the same?...

A few month ago, me and my wife went to Penang for pre-wedding
photo-shooting and choose the gown for wedding dinner.

We choose the gown (Left from the photo), but last 2 days what we
receive is (Right from the photo)

The person in charge from the bridal house insist said it's the same gown,
just because of different lightning and make the gown looks different.
(We choose the gown from Penang, and test the gown in KL branch)

I asked a few friends, at first they also though it's the same gown,
but when zoom in and looks closely, the pattern and design looks different.

My wife also said the material it's different, the first is more soft,
while the second it's a bit rough surface...

Can anyone help me to check it's really the same gown or different gown?...
Just judge on the design and pattern only, not the color (Because they
said it's different color as the different lightning effect)

Many many thanks! notworthy.gif

By the look at it, obviously the color white balance is way off for both pictures. You can judge by your wife's arm color.

There is however a slight difference on the material type. The left photo looks more like a shinny material. More like Satin or Taffeta. And the right photo doesn't look shinny. Again its also maybe of the lighting of the venue. Whether is it shinning directly to the dress or how.

But you do have a point on the edge and the pattern. Slight difference between both photos.

Could it be the staffs from the bridal house have also mixed up the gown themselves. And knowing the hassle, just insist that its the correct one. Maybe you should try bringing up the issue to the boss or someone in charge. Usually the workers would not bother very much.

Cheers and hope it all works out.....
