Recently i brought one MP4 player from one of the forum member. But when he send the item to me, he miss send the USB cable to me and cause I cant use the player for almost two week. I asked him to resend the cable to me but now the item send by pos express is missing. So i msg him to resend again and I am willing to pay for the postage fee but until now he still not yet reply me almost a week.

Dear moderator, what should I do in order to slove my problem. I have ask him to send using pos laju but he do want. So now the postage missing and he dont want to reply my msg. I try to get in from KL but I am not manage to get the USB cable I want.

Plz guide me on this.

1. What's his forum nick?
2. Do you still have the sales thread you bought the item from?
3. PM that user to come to this thread and reply.

If he really sent it, ask him for the postage tracking number. If he said he lost it, you know he didn't even send it.

I oledi PM the sellet to come to this thread but he seem not taking any action. He nick is snishhub.

Well i seriously face this problem before.. Item send by pos express is missing.. It really means pos express is not as safe as pos laju..

yea, poslaju need signature to confirm receive.....
pos express just like normal letter

but is it so co-incident ?

it just happened to my frenz weeks ago when he ordered a ram frm ycinator, tracking system shows delivered but the ram never reach my frenz
