the main thing is before this i'm always feel sleepy during work. all day bgun, keje, makan,balik keje, makan,tido ,notice my belly getting fat getting buncit getting moving forward coz my non productive life.
I need a healthy life, then i started to jogging
huyoo penat sangat tak larat, kaki berat ,
after checking online, jump rope exercise is a good cardio and it is more fun than running. then i buy jump rope, checking youtube tutorial, how tu jump, sizing my rope, started to jump.
i'm using mi band 2, started by jumping around 2-2.5k, then nowadays upgrade from 3.5k - 4k. seriously i'm all sweat and it is more funnn.
And currently i feel more energy during work hours, no more sleepy.
any other forumers doing this kind ok cardio?
*am i in the right thread?
