I have been using my mini ipad 1 to watch movies for may be 3 years already and suddenly today when i opened up my ipad...i saw this! Attached here. Some how i cannot use my itunes account to log in anymore and seems like the account was changed! What happened here? How can i reactivate it? Worst come to worst can i reformat it fresh?

You can say my account ipad was hacked? How the hell did they change the username or ended up like this? My ipad is not jailed break and just using to watch movies.

Update: Tried formatting it and then after format, that stupid activation come out again. Called the apple again ask for help and then they said only 2 way of unlock it

1) get the correct password combination of the @me.com id and password to unlock it....which i do not have
2) get prove of receipt to unlock it. this is the problem as i won it from a contest 3 years back!

Apple refuse to unlock it so now i want to ask there must be a way to unlock this ipad outside illegal right? If you know something please let me know.
