The account names are pre-registered and are not under Google directly but another domain that uses GSuite / Google Apps for Work. So you still can install Google Drive on your computer and connect with this account. Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms and all will be available as well, but the address won't be @gmail.com.
If you want a custom name, just let us know and we can work something out.
You can change the password of the account as well so that no one (not even we) can access it to ensure that all your data is privately secure.
Accounts are only for a single user, we recommend that you do not share the account with another user and that you only login to the account at one location (ie remember to log out when done using)
