any1 here facing crack sound in using OEM sb0730 xtremegamer, the card had tested well in computer B, when used it in computer A,it will perform crack sound...wat problem is tat?driver or hardware?

beside cracking sound, 1 of my fren facing HIzz HIzz sound....tried ad....shud be driver prob ,isnt it? as tested on other computer.it works fine..

Hi, i have been using x treme gamer fatality pro for some time until yesterday i bought myself a new baby ,logitech z5500 to match my sound card, the problem is the sound card doesnt have optial or coaxial output except digital 3.5mm jack, so i have to custom made for the digital output to input of 3.5mm jack to rca jack, my control console can detect coaxial input, question is can i receive dolby digital/dts for this kind of input

How come when i play movie i can see the z5500 lcd console not showing DD can only show pro logic 2

My creative audio console dont have the decoder funtion, maybe i have to update my driver. Anyway thanks , i will update for further discusstion.

After installing the new console driver still no external decoder function, why like that, is it due to vista x64 problem.

When i use the analogue 6 channel effect i can have the DD effect but when using the 3.5 jack to rca for coaxial cant get the DD but can get PL2 what the heck or should i downgrade to xtreme gamer n use the optical cable so as i can get the DD effect.

hi, new owner here, im using xfi fatality pro(oem). I plug in microphone, couldnt work. any idea? got 4 holes, tried all but not working also. headset working only.

After using for 2 weeks, a lot of cons i can collect here for my X- FI USB 5.1 Surround:

1. The blue LED on my X-Fi USB 5.1 surround is irritating especially when watching movies with lights off.

2. Planning to buy the remote control for this SC but still thinking is it worth or not judging by its performance.

3. I currently turn off all of the effect settings including X-FI. The XFI crystalyzer only sound good when listening to music using headphone.

4. Recently i have an issue with the system file whereby the sound produced to my Edifier S530D is very poor, unintsall and reinstall the whole program (driver and software) took me 1 hour total finished at 4.30am. Took so long time especially when restarting after uninstall and reinstall.

Kinda regret buying this SC but still it is better compared to my onboard SC. But the price is RM200+ making me a bit regret.

1. where can i get Audiotrak soundcard? is it compatible with PC speaker?

2. what do you think of Asus Xonar? is it better than X-Fi XtremeMusic? I never care for the EAX, Crystalizer, SuperEQ and rhe CMSS...

I don't expect that Xonar Essence to be cheap, by the look of it it going to be expensive, expect Auzentech Prelude pricing...

Oh still modding is it my latest mod on the card is replaced the capacitor on digital part with OS-CON, all of it I heard good reviews on AD8620, but even betetr on AD8599, as people say, more 'organic' because the spec is purely for music (its just enough, not too fast, not too slow)

Good luck, be warned though, the 12V is not regulated so it might be a little noisy, not as clean as regulated 5V. Maybe you can use OS-CON caps on supply line to reduce it

You all even modified your SC? Is it dangerous and void the warranty?

Hi guys i have a question, in AC3 configuration i set the channel to Prologic II. Am i be able to control the LFE? I'm using only 2.1 speakers. Is LFE for 5.1 channel speaker only? Sorry for the noob questions.
