using penangfon as my ISP
i heard changing IP might help to improve on the latency but how do i do it with wow BTW what's wrong with penang CC here. the latency is up through the roof if i attempt to play wow at CC here |

so do i have to call them to set my ip to static and open certain port for wow?
is there anymore frostwolf horde players at kl/penang? |
