This is due to your gait. You can get it "corrected" or a better term, "adjusted" with help from physical therapist. It involves some posture and walking training. On top of that, you can use customised insole to provide better support. I have used custom sole where they measure your foot pressure and create a custom insole to help. Best insole I have used ever and you can't feel any pressure on your feet even after walking whole day.
