Yeap, FZ35 can support FULL HD image but cannot display out FULL HD in the laptop LCD.

Er, brother, your plasma TV is Full HD one ?
Meaning because to enjoy FULL HD image, your laptop must support FULL HD, the source you play also must be HD source and the TV you use also need to be FULL HD or HD ready.
If your TV is HD ready, it can support till 1080i.. But if your Tv is FULL HD, then it can gives you 1080p image ^^

FZ35 can't play Blue Ray, I guess you will have some hard time on searching for it thru net

But one thing to happy with, if you are using Video Camcorder which is the Full HD one, after you develop it inside your laptop, you can view it in your TV in HD result.

According to Sony Staff, there will not be any succesor for UX series this time.

The web there stated support up to 2gb RAM because it is much more recommended for u to upgrade until 2gb.
If u are staying in klang valley area, why not go to any Sony Style and consult them. They will help you upgrade it, and test it see whether it can support or not, after tat only u need to pay the money.

One thing good about VAIO is, you can straight away reformat ur laptop simply by presing F10 before it comes to BIOS. So, just incase your sis wish to reformat it when she's alone in oversea, she can do it herself.

International warranty.. You need to pay RM198 for one year inter warranty coz normal warranty just 1 year + 3 months ( which is after you registered your product through online )
Well, I never heard of the facts that if we extended our warranty to 3 years, it will cover theft and lighting etc.
As far as i am concern, this only apply for Sony Bravia TV.

Well, CR32G not to say a very powerful model, but for normal use, it still can fulfil your requirement, especially for girls. Window Vista cannot run smoothly with 1GB ram, this is the fact. Well, if you plan to increase the speed, try not to upgrade it in Sony Centre or Sony style shop, coz their price would be far higher than the market price.
You can try to buy 2GB ram at around RM138 + another 512mb which comes with the laptp itself.

Personally, i would say that Sony Vaio is anyhow beter than Toshiba laptop, well ,it depands on which laptop you are comparing anyway. Meaning because i used to sell both brand before, and i found out that Vaio can perform better.
Alot people might think that VAIO just about the branding.. You pay so much money for not really high spec.. This is because their didnt realised the software that comes together with the laptop itself. Eg, Vaio movie maker ++++

Of coz you can use VAO CR for gaming purpose or entertainment purpose, just that you might not able to get perfect result from it.

Yes, for Sony Style staff, they did provide this kind of service for the customer but with condition, you purchase it from them lor.
They can help you downgrade it and install the drivers for you.
For other models, you better double confirm with them ya.

Yeap, its true that SZ series having good processor and graphic.
BUT,
Honestly, you might not knw that SZ high performace battery mode having the same battery life with FZ series ^^
If you want to have longer battery life for SZ, yes you can,
by switching it to power saver mode in which it will use the intel graphic inside it and no longer using Nvidia graphic

So, i cant see much difference btw SZ and FZ except the TPM module, weight, design and price.

Sommore, FZ series provides super bright clear LCD which is better than SZ series ^^



If you are looking forward for good price, can go for Best Denki.
But if you more into the service provides to you, go to any sonystyle official shop ^^

Sonystyle do give freebies but no discount.
Freebies differs from time to time depands on the promotion.

Sony Vaio CR32 is using Dual core and not C2Duo.
From performance wise, it is not that good i can say. take note, it only comes with black and white in colour.
Why only Toshiba ?
