Quick question, how long a Saman not being settled before it gets blacklisted for all the enforcement mentioned above(how many years) ? Does mbpj Saman effects Road tax renewal?

Huh sure immediate blacklist meh? I thought also still can be like 7 yrs or more before get black listed.

Are you sure about immediate black list? Don't think our enforcers out there so quick one ler! My 2 cents

Parking saman from town council and DBKL doesn't result in blacklist. PDRM saman sometimes can escape blacklist due to their inefficiency. For JPJ saman they are very efficient, it's internal after all. Anyway how long they take to put you on the blacklist isn't really important. I doubt there is any definite answer due to the human factor involved. If you are blocked from renewing road tax just go and settle. If you are worried just go and settle now.

like i said before..u cant. get caught once on nov..the next year around july my insurance application (thru online) already blocked. plus there's a warrant for me. so i have to pay the summons (with less discount bcause of the warrant).

Probably some got lucky but some not.

If there is a warrant for you must be serious. But your experience may not be typical. If PDRM is 100% efficient why does it have to hold discounts for saman now and then?

yep..using handphone. one of the blacklisted summons other than beat the red light or potong double line.

using hp while driving. not all summons can be categorized serious..that's why it can be hold until discount.

If the saman is signed by you at the time of the issue then yes, will blacklist. AES also, red light/speeding.

Normally warrant is served right? Does the police call an individual to inform there is a warrant served?
